I downloaded your Go To Guide on Sleep Progressions and it has helped me so much. Every few months my little one was struggling with something and I referenced your guide and realized we were smack in the middle of a progression. I used a bunch of your tips (especially filling up her connection cup and taking her for lots of outdoors time) and it always made things a bit easier. I often find myself opening the guide when my friends are saying their littles are having a tough time too.
I purchased your Transitioning Out of Bedsharing guide. I knew that it would be best for everyone if we transitioned our son back into his own sleep space. I wanted to do so as slowly as I could while staying 100% responsive to my son and his need for connection. After a couple of weeks, he had happily transitioned to a floor bed in his room.
