That means that a mother had NINE other adults supporting her at any given time. I know the importance of village and support & I'm passionate about giving you that support. I’m a certified infant & toddler sleep specialist and motherhood mentor.

For the first five years of my business, I focused solely on sleep — supporting over 700 families 1:1 without sleep training.

And while nights improved, I noticed something.

Sleep wasn’t the only thing mothers needed.

They were still exhausted.
Still overwhelmed.
Still carrying everything alone.

Including me.

There was a season when I believed that mothering the way I wanted — attachment-focused, responsive, deeply connected — meant sacrificing myself.
