Resting in the First Year

Your ultimate roadmap to better sleep in your baby’s first year—without sleep training, confusion, or guilt. Gentle, clear, attachment-focused support that finally works for you and your baby.

What if the key to better sleep wasn’t more tips... but actually understanding your baby?

You’re not doing it wrong.
You’re not “creating bad habits.”
Your baby isn’t broken.
And sleep training isn’t your only option.

You’re just raising a baby whose brain is wired for connection—
in a world that doesn’t make space for that.

And right now... you’re tired.
Like bone-deep, can't-think-straight, wondering-if-this-is-just-how-it-is tired.

But you know in your gut there has to be another way.

Let me guess...

You’ve Googled “how to get my baby to sleep” at 3am—
and ended up spiraling.

You’ve tried adjusting wake windows, following nap schedules, cutting feeds, watching wake times down to the minute...

You’ve tried to stay “consistent,” even though nothing about your baby’s sleep feels consistent.

And the whole time, you’ve been told:

  • “Just put them down drowsy but awake.”

  • “You’re spoiling them.”

  • “They should be sleeping through the night by now.”

But deep down, you know:
That advice isn’t meant for babies like yours—or mamas like you.

What if sleep didn’t need to feel this stressful?

What if your baby’s sleep isn’t a problem to fix...
but a process to understand?

And what if you had a guide to show you how?

A self-paced course to help you make sleep sustainable, without ignoring your instincts or your baby’s needs.

This course is for the mama who’s ready to stop second-guessing, start understanding, and finally feel rested again—on her own terms.

Inside this course, I’m handing you the roadmap I wish I had.

The one that calms your nervous system, restores your confidence, and gives you real answers about what’s going on.

You’ll learn how to:
✔ Decode your baby’s sleep needs (and how they change month by month)
✔ Spot red flags no one talks about (like tongue ties and reflux)
✔ Create rhythms that feel good—without rigid nap schedules
✔ Optimize your baby’s sleep environment without gimmicks or strict rules (like naps only happening in a blacked out room)
✔ Make gentle, aligned shifts when you're ready for more rest
✔ Build connection and get sleep
✔ Finally feel like you know what the heck you’re doing

Let's be clear...

This is not a “how to make your baby sleep through the night in 3 days” kind of course.
This is not a collection of generic tips you could find on Instagram.

This is the deep, compassionate, science-backed education you actually need.

Because your baby’s sleep isn’t just about naps or bedtime.
It’s about development, biology, feeding, stimulation, sensory needs, temperament, and so much more.

And when you understand those pieces?
Sleep gets easier. Calmer. More connected.

You’re not alone.

I’ve supported over 1,000 families through this exact season—
mamas who didn’t want to sleep train but felt like they were out of options.

Their nights changed. Their confidence grew.
And they finally felt like the mom they wanted to be again.

Now it’s your turn.
Let’s walk through this together.

You just need support that actually understands your baby—and you.

You deserve to feel confident.

Frequently asked questions

Is this course right for me if my baby is under 3 months?

Yes! This course is designed for mamas with babies from birth through 12 months. You’ll get age-specific guidance and monthly sleep norms to help you understand what’s biologically normal and how to support your baby gently through each stage.

What if I’ve already tried all the tips I see on Instagram?

This course goes way deeper than anything you’ll find online. I help you actually understand how sleep works, what impacts it (from sensory needs to sleep hygiene), and how to make aligned shifts that last—without “consistency” pressure or one-size-fits-all advice.

I’m cosleeping—is this course still for me?

Absolutely. Whether you’re bedsharing, crib-sleeping, or somewhere in between, this course supports your sleep choices and helps you optimize them without shame or judgment.

Does this involve sleep training at all?

Nope. I never recommend cry-it-out, Ferber, or any other form of sleep training. This course is rooted in supporting biologically normal infant sleep and helping you feel confident without compromising your baby’s need for connection.

How long will I have access to the course?

You’ll have lifetime access—so you can revisit the content anytime as your baby grows and sleep shifts.

What if I’m just feeling really overwhelmed and unsure where to start?

Deep breath, mama. I’ve got you. Inside the course, there’s a video specifically for you—a gentle guide to help you know where to begin if you're deep in the thick of sleep struggles.

My baby is 11 months—should I take this course or the toddler one?

If your little one is right around 11–12 months, Resting in the First Year will still be super supportive—especially if you’re navigating things like short naps, frequent night wakings, or contact sleep.

But if you’re starting to feel like sleep is becoming more of a battle (bedtime resistance, skipped naps, major separation anxiety), or you’re thinking about transitions like night weaning or moving out of bedsharing soon…
