Initial 60-Minute Sleep Foundations Call

We’ll start by talking through your struggles and goals—really digging into what’s been working (and not working). I’ll share my knowledge, but also listen, because I want to understand your family’s needs and create a roadmap that actually fits. No one-size-fits-all solutions here. After our call, I’ll send over everything we discussed in a detailed email, so you have it all to refer back to (+ the recording of our call so you can watch it back whenever you want).

2 X 30 Minute Check-In Calls

We’ll check in biweekly to make sure everything’s going as planned. These calls are all about fine-tuning, answering questions, and offering reassurance when things feel tough. You’ll never feel like you’re on your own.

This is the gold star of the 1 Month Support Package. This is where we are going deep. The text support is where you can ask me all your burning questions or just get some quick reassurance.
