Once you book the call you will be taken to my calendar where you can choose a time that works best for you! I work with clients worldwide and generally have time slots that work for most time zones.
You have the option to log sleep for 3 days before our call so that I can see exactly what sleep looks like in your home (you'll receive a template for logging sleep once you book).
We'll meet on zoom for our one hour together to discuss everything you want to chat about. This call is for YOU and the time will be used to meet your goals.
Our call will be recorded and you will receive access to the recording after our call. I will also send a call summary with notes from our call along with any additional resources & handouts that I think will be beneficial for you!

You have the option to log sleep for three days before the call. This sleep log template will be provided for you when you book your call! From there you should bring any questions or concerns about your little one’s sleep to our call. I’ll take care of the rest!
