But before I became a sleep specialist, I was just a new mom drowning in anxiety about my baby’s sleep. I followed all the “rules,” obsessed over the “perfect” schedule, and spent way too many nights wondering why none of it felt right.
Society told me to let my baby cry—my instincts told me to respond to every cry.

It took me a while to stop fighting my gut and start trusting that motherhood isn’t about following rigid rules—it’s about finding what works for you and your baby. And that’s exactly what I help families do.
